The last time I brought my car in for an oil change, I got it back with a strange noise coming from the engine. It turned out to be the radiator fan, which wouldn’t stop running. Three weeks later, I returned to the dealership to have it inspected and to report that the issue began immediately after my visit. They told me they would take a look but would charge me for the diagnostic regardless.
It then took three days for them to identify what they said was a radiator leak—and I only got that answer after going in first thing Monday morning to follow up. I ultimately left with the car functioning properly, but also with a $278 bill.
In my view, there was nothing actually wrong with the car beforehand. I can’t help but feel that something may have been intentionally altered to cause the overheating issue, leading to unnecessary repair charges. This experience left me frustrated and questioning the dealership’s integrity.

Everyone was great. Bino checked me in and was able to explain the possible issue for the car. He further explained the process that would take place by the technician. The shuttle driver was so nice. The drive to drop me off was pleasurable even though it was back to Staten Island.
Picked the car up 2 days later (after another pleasurable shuttle ride ). Bino, again, explained everything to me about the replacement part that needed to swapped.
Everything was top notch. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and also knowledgeable about their responsibilities.

The service manager "Bino" was excellent! Professional and a pleasure. I was handled quickly and efficiently. However, the product that I had installed (interior under seat storage) was such poor quality and left me very disappointed with the fact that GMC would even approve such a poor-quality product to be installed in their trucks. Because of my dissatisfaction I asked for a manager and then spoke with an area manager named Doug, who was quite understanding and said he would look into a refund for a product that I paid almost $500.00 and, in my opinion, is worth no more than $29.00!!!!! I am still waiting for a call from Doug. P.S. when I arrived home yesterday and went on the GMC accessories website this item has been removed.
