Waited an extended period of time as people who entered the waiting area well after me were completed before I was. It was only a service (oil change). My car was supposedly washed but it didn’t appear that way to me.

Great and quick service

The service is always great. On time , friendly and professional. They explain what the service will entail and the service engineer offer recommendation. Always keep you up to date about the progress .

The service advisor was beyond helpful in explaining why I had a piece of chrome trim and everything else is non chrome. He was also thorough in explaining the recall as well.

I live in North Brunswick NJ. I live less than 0.5 mi from my GM dealership. I typically bring my car to Performance whenever I have to wait 2 weeks or more for an appointment at my regular dealership. Last week, I took my car to my dealership for a repair. They told me the issue was the fuel injector and it would cost >$1500 to repair, so I decided to get a second opinion. Yesterday, I took my car to Performance. They identified a different issue for my car at less than 1/3 the cost. They repaired the car. It's fixed and I'm happy with the results and cost. Performance is now my dealership. I will drive the 25 min to bring my car to Performance every time my vehicle needs attention.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. In addition to routine maintenance, car was clean, especially inside.

The required service was completed in a timely manner and as promised. Great experience.
